Over a decade working in some of the industry’s most demanding venues, from London to Ibiza to Dubai, now channeled entirely into Barcelona.
I started in luxury hospitality in 2012, in London. From there, the path moved fast: Ibiza, Sydney, Ibiza again, London, then Ibiza once more, working in some of the industry’s finest rooms. I was part of opening teams in Ibiza and in Mallorca. Dubai came next, during the pandemic, then Barcelona, where I’ve been since 2022.
Years spent in ultra-luxury hospitality taught me something no course can: what people actually need is rarely what they ask for first. Reservations that seem impossible, schedules that change without warning, a request nobody else knew how to solve.
Today, that experience shapes Bespoke & Beyond. Time spent across the city’s restaurants and hotels left me with relationships that matter, and a growing network beyond them, so a request rarely starts from zero. It starts from someone who already knows who to call.

For a long time, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. People had already started reaching out on their own, asking me to book a table, arrange a night out, recommend a restaurant. At some point, I stopped waiting for the right moment and started doing it properly. I bought a laptop and began building Bespoke & Beyond in the evenings, after work, one client conversation and one partnership at a time.
Starts with listening. Everyone travels differently, and what’s right for one person may be completely wrong for another. I don’t send lists of places to check off. I ask what someone is actually looking for, then make the choices that fit them.
Is going a little further. Noticing what might make a difference, and finding the details someone wouldn’t have thought to ask for.
I want every client to feel the same thing: that someone listened, and cared enough to go a little further.
