2. What data is collected
When you submit the application form, the following data is collected: name, email address, phone number, number of guests, approximate travel dates, the services you are interested in, your estimated budget and any preferences you choose to share.
When you write by email or WhatsApp, the data you include in your message is collected.
3. Why your data is used
- To reply to your application or message.
- To prepare and organise the journey or services you request.
- To manage bookings with hotels, drivers and other providers, only when you have asked for a service that requires it.
Your data is never used for automated decisions or profiling, and it is never sold.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, given when you tick the box in the application form.
- The steps needed to prepare and carry out the services you request.
- Legal obligations, for example tax and accounting requirements.
5. How long your data is kept
Data from applications that do not become a booking is kept for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted. Data of clients is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law.
6. Who your data is shared with
Your data is shared only with the providers needed to deliver the services you request (for example hotels, drivers or yacht companies), and only with the information each of them needs.
The website and email use technology providers that act as data processors, such as the hosting provider (Namecheap) and the email service (Microsoft). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are protected by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You can at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, limit or object to its use, or ask for a copy of it (portability). You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to info@bespokeandbeyond.co.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
